If you want the results, you’ve got to do the work.
Burpees, they make your thighs smaller, and your tummy tighter. They make you sweat and gargle your heart in your throat. Now get going and give me 50!
It’s actually pretty simple. Either you do it, or you don’t.
The MAGIC is in the movement, the ART is in the programming, the SCIENCE is in the explanation, and the FUN is in the community.
