CROSSFIT ON THE ROAD
It's summertime...and that means family trips and vacations. The beauty of CrossFit is that you can workout anytime... anywhere.
Unfortunately that means no excuses!
SOME CFNA TRAVEL WODS (CrossFit North Atlanta)
Room Service
- 100 Push Up
- 100 SitUps
- 100 Squats
- Do 10 burpees ....Go to opposite side of room......do 2 Sit up
- Return to original side do 9 burpees......Go to opposite side of room......do 4 Sit ups
- Decrease Burpees by 1 and increase Sit Ups by 2
- Work your way down to one Burpee and up to 20 Sit up
- 10 second handstand
- 10 air squats
- x 10 rounds for time
- 5 push ups
- 5 squats
- 5 sit ups
- x 20 rounds for time
- 21-15-9
- Thrusters (use a backpack or computer bag)
- Pushups
- 10 Overhead Squats (use a towel or curtain rod overhead)
- 10 Push Ups
- 10 Sit-Ups
- x 5 Rounds for Time
