Here is a little background on me. I have been doing Crossfit since Sept on 2009. Since I started I have lost 38lbs of fat. I have lifted weights for the past 4 years but never had the results that I do with Crossfit. I still enjoy lifting weights. But I am satisfied with the ever-changing workouts at the box. I belong to Crossfit Iota in Smithfiled, UT. The coaches there are amazing. It great to be a part of a program designed with "everyone" in mind. I belong to a community that cares about making each other stronger and healthier. This for me started out wanting to be able to hike with my kids without stopping for rests along the way. I thought I wanted to be a certain size and a certain weight and looking like a 20 year old. Not anymore. I workout hard and I want it to show...And now it does! Thanks Crossfit!
