DAY 3
DAY 3 Ahhh...the virtue of patience.
So... I have this tendency to want things NOW. But after several years of crossfitting, even the best athleltes are just starting to get 'their groove'. I try to remember this when I get frustrated at what may seem to me as slow progress. I will make it to my goals, it's all up to me, it just might take some time....and thats ok.
