General warm up...
1000 meter row

5x5 Dead lift (155#)
5 Toes to bar after each set

10 min AMRAP
10 Toes to bar (strict)
10 Dead lift 65#
200 meter run

This was a good workout.  It's the first time in about 4 months I've hung on the bar(dang elbow!) 20 min AMRAP would've been better but I ran out of time.  I think I will try to do my workout before I teach at 5:15am, It may be easier to get up earlier than trying to get back to the box again during the day.  Allin all it was a good morning.  What did you accomplish today?
