The 4th WOD was CRAZY!

This was a tough wod for me. My fastest recorded Karen time is 6:38, so I thought I would have plenty of time to do my dbls. It became pretty clear that I haven't had great form becasue the 150 wall balls took me nearly 3 min. more...9 1/2 min. But I am proud to say...I kept perfect form the way through. I squatted to the correct depth, I hit the wall and the line.
On man! Were my arms hammered!. Most everyone I talked with said their legs hurt but mine didn't... I guess this means I have more "form" to work on.
Anyhow. here is how my ranking goes:

I got looking at the scores, did you notice how the total number of athletes keeps declining? I feel good that I am still hanging there.
In fact, if you take the total # of women that started and compare where I'm at... I'm in the top 631 / 1444 40% region 6968 / 19936 34%
