Congrats to all those who did "KELLY" today. That was a long endurance benchmark. Everyone in the 5:30 am class Rocked! I had done a prevois workout, still not feeling the best, so I was able to watch the class workout. Everyone was working so hard, not giving up, just doing it! Loved every minute of it! I am proud to be a part of such a great group of athletes.
