This was alot of fun!...We all brought family and friends to our workout to do a workout with us. Brock Reese put it the best when he said " I love it when newbies look like they are going to die after the wod. brings joy to my heart to see everyone lay it out on the line and push like never before. and then look like death. Good Times!!!' Couldn't have said it better myself. What a goup of good looking athletes!
