This is a new PR for me.  I love this workout!  I got 2 more rounds than my previous PR...SWEET!  I'd like to be able to do butterfly pull ups next time around...That would be awesome!
Michelle got almost all of her push ups from the toes today....Nice Work! 
Can't wait for the Halloween WOD tomorrow
