Not a hard workout but the change was good.  Iheard we are doing tabata something else Friday so I was grateful for an easy day.  I did try to watch my form on all my moves.  It's kinda funny how the dbls are easy at first.  But then as you go on, they get harder and I am lucky to get 3 in a row.ha
