Day 7....I've learned to fuel my body like an athlete.  I've gotten better for the most part on feeding my body. When I know my next workout is depending on me eating clean nutrient dense foods, I am more motivated to keep myself in check.  Does this mean I only eat  But I do realize that I can't just "work off" a bad meal.  My body will refect what I eat.
