Good workout. My hands are pretty tender tonight.
I felt good about most of the workout. I need to
work and not taking breaks on my pull ups. Maybe next time.
I cut out all my soda pop and sugars 3days ago. I
felt a little weak and had a headache all day. Tomorrow will
be better!
